Xi’an Sea Castle Oil Company

SCOC has reached agreements with multiple Middle Eastern companies to deliver 22 units of land drilling rigs along with all necessary supporting equipment and facilities within two years. Concurrently, SCOC has signed identical agreements with several domestic oil equipment manufacturers to deliver the same package of 22 land drilling rigs and supporting equipment within two years. The project is about to commence.
