Due to the tense situation in the Persian Gulf, petrochemical product prices have surged sharply and supply has become difficult. In response, SCOC has reached a cooperation intention with several domestic bitumen sales companies for no less than 100,000 tons of bitumen per month. Additionally, SCOC has obtained sales authorization from multiple bitumen companies in the Middle East and Central Asia, enabling it to supply 100,000–150,000 tons of bitumen every month. The project is about to commence.
