Basic recruitment requirements: Good health, under 50 years old, and no barrier to communication in Mandarin. All business operations of our company are foreign-related. Except for internal business and technical positions (some foreign-related technical positions also require mastery of basic working and living English, with a secondary vocational school or high school degree or above), the first degree must be a public full-time bachelor's degree or above, and the English test Band 4 or above. For foreign-related technical, marketing and administrative positions, the English test Band 6 or above is required. SCOC has a complete salary management and assessment promotion system with a 13-level salary system, one to four positions (technical, marketing, administrative, and skilled worker) at each level, and each position has three salary grades. SCOC organizes a promotion assessment every six months, five social insurances and one housing fund for all employees in accordance with national requirements. The basic internship period is 6 months, and the internship salary is 80% of the salary of the position hired.
